identity, ignore: Make arg names more consistent with docs

* lisp/subr.el (ignore): Rename argument IGNORE to ARGUMENTS.

* src/fns.c (Fidentity): Rename ARG to ARGUMENT.

* doc/lispref/functions.texi (Calling Functions): Fix references.
